In order to reduce damage in the form of breakage and chipping during use, the mold steel is required to have a certain degree of toughness. High-strength bolts are not easy and need to go through multiple processes. Each process has its own strict operating specifications. If any problem occurs in any link, it will have a serious impact on the next process.

High-strength bolts are divided into multiple processes: cold drawing-spheroidizing annealing-mechanical dephosphorization-pickling-cold drawing-cold forging forming-thread processing-heat treatment to inspection. Each step of the high-strength bolt is very important and indispensable. Take the cold forging process as an example. Under normal circumstances, the forming of the head of the high-strength bolt is processed by cold forging plasticity. There are very few cases. It is processed by cutting. However, compared with cutting, the metal fiber, which is often referred to as the metal wire, will be continuously distributed along the shape of the product, without cutting in the middle, so the strength of the high-strength bolt is improved, especially the mechanical performance of the high-strength bolt is obviously outstanding. The chemical composition, grain size, purity, the number, morphology, size and distribution of carbides and inclusions of die steel, as well as the heat treatment system of die steel and the metallographic structure obtained after heat treatment, all affect the steel. The toughness has a big impact. Especially steel purity and hot working deformation have more obvious influence on its transverse toughness. The toughness, strength and wear resistance of steel are often contradictory. Therefore, it is necessary to select the chemical composition of the steel reasonably and adopt reasonable refining, hot working and heat treatment processes to match the wear resistance, strength and toughness of the mold material.

When the sieve machine leaves the factory, the exciter is filled with lubricating oil, which has anti-corrosion properties, and the validity period is three months. After the storage period exceeds three months, run for 20 minutes, and can continue to be anti-corrosion for three months. Clean lubricating oil must be replaced when working. Always keep the exciter's vent hole unblocked (due to blockage, it is easy to cause oil leakage). If the oil still leaks after being unblocked, the oil seal should be replaced. The normal operation of the bearing should not exceed 75℃. Because the new exciter has a running-in process, the temperature may be slightly higher, but after 8 hours of operation, the temperature should stabilize. If the temperature continues to be too high, the oil level and oil level should be checked. Bit and oil cleanliness.
